What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

As a Customer Service Representative – Technical Support, you will:

• Handle inbound customer service and technical support calls professionally and efficiently. 

• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products, services, devices, or accounts. 

• Diagnose customer concerns, identify solutions, and guide customers through resolution steps. 

• Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer experience goals. 

• Explain technical concepts in a clear, simple, and customer-friendly manner. 

• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools. 

• Build trust by taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution. 

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Who We're Looking For

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate. 

• At least six (6) months of BPO is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). 

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues is an advantage. 

• Comfortable using computers, multiple applications, and online tools. 

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills. 

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
