Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Trucking Europe 

 Work Setup: 

• Primarily Work From Home (WFH) 

• Required to report to the office only when needed (meetings, training, or urgent operational support) 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor fuel/diesel consumption and detect irregularities or inefficiencies 

• Communicate directly with truck drivers across Europe to provide support and resolve issues 

• Track and manage fleet activities including routes, schedules, and delivery status 

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal systems 

• Identify and report operational issues, delays, or compliance concerns 

• Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, finance) for smooth workflow 

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, accountability, and responsiveness 

 Qualifications & Skills: 

• 3–10 years of proven experience in European trucking or fleet monitoring operations 

• Strong understanding of European routes, regulations, and logistics processes 

• Experience using GPS tracking systems, fleet management software, or telematics tools 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – able to handle drivers professionally 

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

• Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
