Description :
- Assist in the sales target achievement of company products.
- Monitor the business development to the identified MD’S tagged for sales and demand generating activities.
- Provides product training in line with market trends and analytics that will support the field force in the implementation of the marketing programs.
- Conducts business review with districts to identify problems that prevents productivity and sales achievement.
- Conducts field work and courtesy visits to top customers and perspective clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
