Description


  1. Customer Service:
  • Greet and engage customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting Adidas products based on their needs, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  1. Sales and Product Knowledge:
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively selling Adidas products.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively promote Adidas' product lines (footwear, apparel, accessories).
  • Inform customers of promotions, offers, and loyalty programs.
  1. Store Maintenance and Merchandising:
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging products attractively according to brand guidelines.
  • Participate in stockroom management, including inventory counts and replenishment.
  1. Point of Sale Operations:
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
  • Process exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around improving customer service and sales performance.
  1. Product Promotions and Events:
  • Support in-store promotions, special sales events, and product launches.
  • Provide input on ways to improve store events and customer engagement.


Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College-level or vocational course in Retail, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
  • At least 1 month and above of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience working in a sports or apparel brand is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and POS systems.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Knowledge or interest in sports, fitness, or fashion trends is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move products when necessary.
  • Flexible to work during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and proactive.
