The Customer Service Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound calls or outbound calls, This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Online Customer Service Representative
A Sales Support Specialist assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. They also identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales.

- Assist the claims department with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Handle administrative tasks including managing tolls and parking tickets efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Call Center Representative
The AHS Specialist position relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will work under very limited supervision of the Manager. Individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate sellers’ complex transactions and accounts. The successful Specialist will have a high degree of soft-skills, the ability to empathize with others and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy. All candidates will be analytical and customer service-oriented.

As an AHS Specialist you will engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Sellers, department management, risk analysts, and other company associates to accomplish your goals. You will interact with our third-party Sellers by phone and email with objectives of coaching and helping them with account health related topics. Up to 70% of your day could be inbound and outbound phone contact. The successful AHS Specialist will be able to redirect difficult conversations as you engage with pre-suspension level Sellers who are in poor standing.

· Training: The initial 2.5 months in training and 3 months in production will be onsite followed by a hybrid model (2 days working from home and 3 days working onsite) which will still depend on your performance.
· Shift: The role involves a rotating shift schedule that spans a 5-day workweek with two days off on rotation depending on business needs.
· Communication: Regular interactions via calls, emails, and chat are integral to the role.
· Annual Leave: During the first 2 1/2 months, which include the training period, we do not encourage leave of absence during this period. But once in production, you can request for leave pending for approval and allocation.
Employment Status: This is a full-time position, and candidates must avoid conflicts of interest. False declarations or concealed information may lead to disciplinary action upon becoming an Amazon employee.
