Job Description:
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor and update inventory records and assist with inventory reporting.
- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and basic accounting reports.
- Encode and organize documents, records, and transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams regarding orders, inventory, and reports.
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of office records.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- With relevant work experience as Office Staff or in a similar position.
- Experience in preparing sales, inventory, and accounting reports is an advantage.
- Can speak Bisaya/Tagalog
- Knowledgeable in processing quotations, sales orders, inventory, and accounting reports.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel with good computer skills.
- Has above-average communication skills.
