Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate the efficient movement of goods, manage inventory and shipment tracking, handle documentation, and provide excellent international voice support to clients and partners. This role combines operational logistics responsibilities with BPO-style customer service to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment status in real time, update systems/databases, and proactively resolve delays, damages, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support stock monitoring, and assist with cycle counts or reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation (e.g., packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices, shipping instructions).
• Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients and vendors via phone (voice), email, and other channels, providing updates, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns with professional communication.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics (on-time delivery, costs, accuracy) and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, customer service, and other internal teams to support smooth end-to-end operations.
• Generate reports and maintain organized records for management review.
