JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Supervisor will supervise daily HR operations and guide the team across recruitment, records, employee relations, attendance, and benefits. This position requires proven experience guiding employees, coordinating daily work, and maintaining team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign work and monitor HR staff performance and deadlines.

• Review employee records, onboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR reports.

• Support employee relations cases and policy implementation.

• Coordinate manpower and HR concerns with department supervisors.

• Coach junior HR staff and improve process consistency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.

• Previous HR supervisory, team leadership, or senior HR experience is required.

• Good knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employee documentation.

• Strong leadership, confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
