Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with regular customers.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of espresso machines and other equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee supplies.
• Perform other related responsibilities and tasks as may arise in the course of employment.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: Prior experience as a Barista is required.
• Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, coffee knowledge, written and verbal communication skills
• Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, passion for coffee
• Responsibilities and Duties: Customer service excellence, equipment maintenance, and other related responsibilities as may arise.
