Description
- Provide support to customers and enhance their experience regarding inquiries or issues related to financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat, and other communication methods in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Collaborate with the customer service team and execute moderately complex customer support tasks
- Mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and keeping updated on any changes
- Promote digital services such as online access to statements and other documents, electronic signature paperwork, and explore any other digital opportunities as necessary
- Take guidance from the customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine inquiries
Requirements
Desired qualifications:
- Completed 2nd year of College
- 2+ years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a BPO company
- 2 years of experience as a Spanish translator in a BPO company is also welcome to apply
- Experience handling at least 80-100 calls per day
Job Expectations:
- Must be able to attend the full duration of the required training period
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Must work on-site at the posted location
- Flexible with work schedule and arrangements
