Description
- E-commerce Rider: Responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures the safe handling of goods, excellent customer service, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Data Encoder: Responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems or databases. Ensures that all data entered is correct and formatted according to company guidelines and procedures. This requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Sorter: Responsible for organizing and categorizing items in preparation for further processing, shipping, or storage. This role involves ensuring items are properly sorted, labeled, and placed in the appropriate locations to facilitate efficient operations.
- Cashier: Responsible for handling customer transactions in a retail or service setting. Involves processing payments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accurate handling of cash and other payment methods. May also assist with customer inquiries, returns, or exchanges.
- Customer Service: Responsible for providing exceptional service to customers before, during, and after their purchase or interaction with the company. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Operation Support: Provides essential assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations. Supports the operations team by handling administrative tasks, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the coordination of various operational activities.
