Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of inventory including equipment, furniture, tools and other organizational assets.
2. Conduct regular physical inventories to verify and reconcile with records.
3. Monitor and document the condition of property, ensuring proper maintenance, repair or disposal as necessary.
4. Safeguard assets by ensuring proper storage, security and use of organizational property.
5. Receive, inspect and record new items delivered to the organization.
6. Facilitate the issuance, retrieval and tracking of property to authorized personnel.
7. Coordinates repairs or replacements for damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
8. Prepare and submit regular reports on property status and inventory audits.
9. Assist in budgeting for new property acquisitions or replacements as needed.
Work Environment:
1. The role involve both office and warehouse environment.
2. Occasional physical labor, such as moving property is required.

The Property Engineer will be responsible for the overall maintenance and management of a diverse property portfolio, including a 96-room residential dormitory, a 1000-person capacity event place, and a 3500+ square meter commercial building. The candidate will ensure that all air conditioning and electrical facilities are operating efficiently and safely. This function will act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer for all properties.
Working Conditions:
The Property Engineer will be expected to work a 6-day work week, with the possibility of being on call for emergencies outside of regular working hours.
