Music Curriculum Developer (Remote)

The Music Curriculum Developer is someone passionate about music education, striving to develop an effective and engaging curriculum that can nurture the next generation of drummers, rhythm performers and music educators. 

This is a fully remote position, and the selected Candidate is required to work independently and proactively while communicating with the Management team through virtual platforms (Google Meets/Zoom/WhatsApp/Slack etc.)

• Develop and document Music Curriculum for drumming/percussion learners across different age groups, for our team of Music Trainers to implement for various programs
• Lead changes for drumming/percussion curriculum development for our programs to remain relevant to learner needs and changes in the music industry 
• Contribute to the effectiveness of our teaching by making appropriate adjustments in the curriculum based on feedback from Music Trainers
• Communicate with Management and/or Lead Music Trainer regarding Music Curriculum to facilitate teaching 

The Financial Wealth Planner will be responsible for assisting clients in creating personalized financial plans, offering advice on investments, savings, retirement, and insurance options. The Supply and Demand Planner will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring the smooth flow of products across the supply chain. She/ He will analyze market trends and historical data to accurately forecast demand, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align supply strategies and address any disruptions that may arise. Job Title: Project Planner (Construction)

Job Summary: The Project Planner is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining the project schedule for construction projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the project within scope, budget, and quality standards. The Project Planner will use various planning and scheduling tools to monitor progress and identify potential delays or risks.

1. Creates master production schedule with considerations on maintaining targeted inventory levels
2. Ensures consistent planning information to production and related sections

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to lead our FMCG demand planning and inventory forecasting for retail warehouses. You will optimize our inventory system and enhance supply chain management, directly impacting our business growth.

• Create accurate demand and inventory forecasts to support stock availability and minimize waste.
• Monitor and improve inventory turnover, optimizing stock flow and performance.
• Ensure efficient stock levels by enhancing the stock turnover ratio and overall inventory health.
• Collaborate with teams to implement effective inventory management strategies.
• Track and manage replenishment needs for stores and warehouses.
• Present reports on the inventory system, focusing on inventory turnover and stock turnover ratio metrics.

I. GENERAL FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and continuous production of high quality products to meet customer demands. The key challenge of this position is to maintain both accuracy and flexibility in planning to be able to achieve overall goals and objectives.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.   Departmental Coordination

1.   Coordinates and communicates with different departments on plans and concerns that will affect production:

a.   R&D/QA – on product development and changes in formulation and procedures; on materials and product quality.

b.   Logistics – on inventories of materials and finished goods.

c.    Accounting – on costing updates and inventory concerns

d.   Engineering – on machine capacity improvement.

e.   Order Management Group – On critical or special orders coordination

B.   Production Planning

1.   Prepares and updates production schedules based on demand requirements and production capacity, which include time per shift of workers, adjusted dates of production, and planning value on the quantity needed based on capacity of manpower and machine.

2.   Coordinates with the Production Supervisor for the updated machine and manpower quota.

3.   Prepares manufacturing order reports for the production officer based on the demand requirement. Ensuring that its bill of materials are regularly updated.

4.   Ensures proper timing of production by regularly checking status and outputs of the previous day and implementing scheduled runs for the day.

5.   Coordinates with the bundling officer for promo items.

C.   Monitoring

1.   Regularly monitors finished goods inventory to ensure availability of products at all times.

2.   Ensures accuracy of forecasts by comparing the percentage of withdrawal versus the forecast.

3.   Regularly monitors and keeps track of raw and packaging materials inventory and delivery performance.

4.   Prepares the following reports:

a.   Planning reports

b.   FG Inventory monitoring report

• Generates a Long Term Production Plan (LTPP) based on the rolling forecast from the Customer Service Department and clients’ 12 months grid plan, if there is any.
• Generates a Long Term Material Requirement Plan (LTMRP) based on Long Term Production Plan (LTPP) to be used for Pull-out Plan of Clients’ materials and Purchase Request (PR) for InEx’s packaging materials.
• Creates Weekly Pull-out and Dispatch Plan and inputs on the Trucking order fulfillment google sheet to be used by Trucking for their Weekly Trip Plan.
• Ensures implementation of No Purchase Order, No Production Policy.
• Firms up daily trip requirement, pull-out and dispatch, based on availability of stocks of clients and output produced by operations for Trucking’s trip allocation reference.
• Ensures daily availability of stocks on hand prior to scheduling of production to avoid overstock and out-of-stock occurrences that can possibly cause production stoppage and resulting to failure to meet clients’ volume requirement.
• Prepares Purchase Request (PR) for InEx packaging materials based on Clients’ Purchase Order (PO) and ordering point established from Safety Stock Level (SSL).
• Verifies and checks physical items delivered by the suppliers/source thru Soft ledger and database entries.
• Daily coordinates with clients and/or CSD regarding new projects including volume projection, product specifications, and material requirements.
• Coordinates with Production, QC, and IE in accordance with material, manpower, and machine availability in accordance with production and materials plan.
• Creates Daily Production Schedule (DPS) for Production Supervisor’s reference for manpower scheduling and line balancing.
• Creates Daily Material Requirement from Daily Production Schedule (DPS) for Warehouse team’s reference in materials issuance to production.
• Interacts with Production, QC, IE, and CSD to resolve material issues affecting the plan such as changes on Semi-Finished Good (SFG) and Palletizing Schemes
• Maintains daily update of Inventory of Capability and Utilization, Order Fulfillment Status Report, Pull-out and Dispatch Trip Requirement Plan, Packaging Materials Supportability Report, Safety Stock Level (SSL) and other reports as necessary.
• Coordinates with Trucking, CSD, Production, QC, IE, and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day planning and warehouse operations.
• Provides daily updates for PO/Projects bundling status and PM Supportability
• Creates, updates and firming up the Weekly Production Schedule (WPS) daily and send it concern departments
• Coordinates and align with Clients to ensure the plans and other related concerns
• Responsible for the items clean up particularly on left over materials for closed PO/Projects
• Performs cross-checks on each PBOM including BOM set up in the database before using in planning.
• Prepares other reports as requested by clients, management, CSD, Trucking and/or other departments.
