Description

  • Lead HR operations for MMC Constructions Incorporated, an established player in Construction & Engineering.
  • Manage recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development of a proficient workforce.
  • Implement effective HR strategies to ensure a safe and equitable work environment.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
  • Stay abreast of legal compliance and labor law pertaining to the construction industry.

Requirement

  • Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective employee relations management
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of payroll processes
  • Expertise in talent management and succession planning
  • Ability to manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Skills in training and workforce development
  • Strong written communication proficiency
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Maintain employee relations and act as a mediator when necessary
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular working hours. May require additional hours for recruitment drives, training sessions, and strategic meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, leadership qualities, decision-making capabilities, ethical conduct, and cultural awareness.
