Description
- Lead HR operations for MMC Constructions Incorporated, an established player in Construction & Engineering.
- Manage recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development of a proficient workforce.
- Implement effective HR strategies to ensure a safe and equitable work environment.
- Oversee employee relations, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
- Stay abreast of legal compliance and labor law pertaining to the construction industry.
Requirements
- Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in recruiting and staffing logistics
- Strong communication skills
- Effective employee relations management
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Expertise in talent management and succession planning
- Ability to manage compensation and benefits programs
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Skills in training and workforce development
- Strong written communication proficiency
- Responsibilities and Duties:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems
- Maintain employee relations and act as a mediator when necessary
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular working hours. May require additional hours for recruitment drives, training sessions, and strategic meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, leadership qualities, decision-making capabilities, ethical conduct, and cultural awareness.
