Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and strong organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with typical working hours; may require overtime during peak hiring seasons or projects.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, decision-making prowess, ethical integrity, and a proactive attitude towards fostering a positive workplace culture.
