1. Identify opportunities and develop or refine HR management and processes to streamline and enhance operational efficiency including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Organize employee training, performance evaluations, and support employee development and corporate culture initiatives;
3. Implement recruitment and onboarding plans, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and new employee onboarding ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
4. Oversee office environment and foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the HR team.
5. Support management in identifying development needs and facilitate development activities (on individual, team and organizational level).
6. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
7. Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes to maintain a positive workplace culture.
8. Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the HR information system (HRIS).
9. Generate and analyze HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.
10. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR records and reporting.
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals.
12. Handle employee relations, address daily employee concerns, and assist departments in enhancing employee satisfaction;
13. Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedure on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination.
14. Ensure and maintain all regulations of Company to keep in line with government regulations, to avoid the existence of issues that can disrupt the stability and operations of the Company and establish a positive employer-employee relationship.
15. Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
16. Perform other tasks and functions as assigned by the Top Management from time to time.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
4. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
10. Can work minimal supervision and can do ad hoc tasks.
