Description

  • Assist with recruitment by screening candidates and coordinating interviews for our WhistlerFoods retail team.
  • Support employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating team-building initiatives.
  • Manage HR records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the dynamic retail industry.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with the company culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills to meet WhistlerFoods' service standards.
  • Provide general administrative support such as managing HR correspondence and preparing reports.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience, preferably in an HR role. Internship experience is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must have strong skills in recruiting, payroll management, and communication. Should be adept in human resource planning and familiar with HR software and tools.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with the recruitment process, manage employee records, handle payroll processing, and provide support for HR initiatives and programs.
  • Working Conditions: This position may require typical office hours with the potential for occasional overtime during peak recruiting seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
