Description

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 years of HR experience, preferably in Engineering and Construction Company.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent multi-tasking skills, a
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruiting, manage compensation and benefits programs, and support employee onboarding.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based
