Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee training.
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Excellent Communication, Talent Acquisition, People Management, Leadership Development, Training and Development, Human Resource Planning.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, develop training programs, and administer benefits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
