The Assistant Cook will support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the head cook
• Prepare ingredients, chop vegetables, and handle food items
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in plating and serving dishes as needed
• Help with inventory management and restocking

• High school diploma or equivalent (culinary training is a plus)
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
