Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and adeptness in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate office activities, manage agendas, handle correspondence, create and maintain filing systems, and assist in preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require extended hours during peak periods or tight deadlines.
