Description

  1. Provide assistance and support in managing and complying with all relevant regulatory permits and reporting requirements (e.g., Business Permit, OBO, DOLE, LLDA, DENR, BFP). Perform liaison duties as needed to represent CIC and its affiliates before National Government Agencies (NGA) or Local Government Units (LGU) on matters related to regulatory compliance, such as Sanitary Permit, FSIC, Environmental Compliance Certificate, and Certificate of Non- Coverage, where applicable, along with all reportorial obligations.
  2. Monitor and implement the CIC/CBSI Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program, in line with the provisions and Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 11058, to ensure that all activities and regulatory requirements are consistently followed by all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
  3. Respond to and resolve Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) tickets raised by different CIC entities.
  4. Maintain and update EHSS trackers and files, ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points, Service Level Agreements (SLA) with clients, and Client
  5. Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
  6. Serve as the point of contact for administrative tasks such as creating Purchase Requests, managing payment billings, processing cash advances and liquidations, reviewing Statements of Account (SOA), and coordinating with the Procurement Team.
  7. Prepare reports for the Joint OSH Committee and organize MESH seminars, including tracking employee learning progress and issuing certificates.
  8. Design and layout health and safety tip materials for weekly release.
  9. Assist in incident investigations, ensuring timely release of reports, and oversee the proper implementation and closure of corrective or preventive actions.
  10. Ensure the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment process is conducted before initiating any new project or activity to control environmental, health, safety (EHS) impacts, hazards, or risks in the workplace. This includes conducting inspections and 6S+1 audits.
  11. Address day-to-day EHS concerns and issues raised by clients or as instructed by management

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of experience in administrative support roles preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent written communication and analytical skills. Strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Competent in providing help desk support. Effective time management capabilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, manage office supplies, assist with scheduling, provide help desk support, prepare documents and reports, and support staff with clerical duties.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, may require occasional overtime during peak periods or special projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, proactive, adaptable, professional discretion, and a team player with a positive attitude.
