Description

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, focusing on HR topics and company culture.
  • Develop visually appealing posts and campaigns related to recruitment to attract and engage applicants
  • Collaborate with the HR team to brainstorm and strategize content ideas that align with company goals.
  • Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.
  • Research HR trends and industry-related content to keep posts fresh and relevant.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools for creating impactful social media content.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, and Linked In) and how to create content that drives engagement.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work from Mon-Sat
