Description

  • Help with daily administrative duties such as filing, data encoding, and organizing of documents. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mails and phone calls. 
  • Assist in organizing appointments and meetings. 
  • Provide general support to administrative officers and other team members as required.

Requirements

  • Any Office Administration course.
  • Has proficient skills in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Has steady connection at home (at least 50 mbps) during a work- from- home schedule.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
  • Preferable On-Job-Training Work- in- Office setup max 3-5 times per week.
