Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in administrative support or relevant role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office suite, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supply inventory, support staff with clerical tasks, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and assist in scheduling meetings.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically 40 hours a week, may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, adaptable, proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable multitasking.
