Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Negotiation, Sales Support, Relationship Building, and Sales Management. Strong English language proficiency is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, support sales initiatives, and build lasting relationships. Analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical thinker, proactive, and detail-oriented.
