Description

1. Relationship Building and Outreach: o Develop and maintain strong partnerships with nursing review centers, universities, and professional organizations in the Philippines. o Act as the ambassador for WorldWordsHub, promoting our cultural and linguistic programs to key stakeholders.


2. Program Promotion and Awareness: o Design and implement outreach campaigns to inform nurses about the benefits of WorldWordsHub’s training programs. o Organize and participate in info sessions, webinars, seminars, and events to engage with potential candidates and institutions. o Create promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content, in collaboration with the marketing team.  


3. Candidate Engagement and Support: o Serve as the primary contact for nurses interested in learning German and transitioning to Germany. o Provide clear and inspiring information about the program, its objectives, and the opportunities it offers. o Collect feedback from candidates and partners to improve outreach strategies.


4. Coordination and Reporting: o Work closely with the WorldWordsHub team to align outreach activities with overall goals. o Provide detailed reports on outreach efforts, candidate engagement, and partnership progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in PR, marketing, business development, or outreach roles (experience in education, healthcare, or cultural exchange programs is a plus).

• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects. German language is a plus.

• Passion for cultural exchange, education, or international career development.

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.

• Willingness to travel within the Philippines for meetings and events.
