Handles end to end process of recruitment and onboarding of candidates
Administration and management of other 3rd party recruitment platforms and social media job postings.
Responsible for providing all recruitment resources and coordination such as school alumni, respective government agencies, job-related events and Institutions, etc.
For Corporate – ensure to meet the standard qualification fit for the job description as necessary.
For Sales & Promotion - Managing the volume of manpower requirements and ensure that all store areas are properly filled up with quality candidates based on manpower requisition.
Ensure to maintain manpower data-based and other storage platforms.
Provides best practices and mandated recruitment to ensure all policies related to the acquisition is abided accordingly.
Open to constructive feedback and recruitment negotiation based on company provisions approved by the management.
Responsible to manage cost-efficient recruitment and acquisition process
Generates, Prepare, and submit Recruitment Weekly reports.
Requirements
Any 4 years course, advantage graduate in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course.
At least with 2 to 3 years worked experience in talent acquisition, on- boarding, recruitment end to end process or any human resource related functions.
Experienced working in Business process outsourcing (BPO) / Local Manpower Agencies specifically handles sales, promos, store merchandiser / Executive Search Companies / Similar Talent Acquisition Industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and actively contribute to a strong team environment, able to work independently
