  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid to senior-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jora, Jobstreet, Social Platform…).

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
  • Candidates who can start ASAP
