Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria about hiring needs
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings and 
  • Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
  • Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
  • Performs such other functions as assigned.

Requirement

  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Professional credential.
