- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
- Coordinate the hiring process with department managers.
- Manage job postings on career platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
