Lead HR operations for MMC Constructions Incorporated, an established player in Construction & Engineering.
Manage recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development of a proficient workforce.
Implement effective HR strategies to ensure a safe and equitable work environment.
Oversee employee relations, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
Stay abreast of legal compliance and labor law pertaining to the construction industry.

Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.
Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in recruiting and staffing logistics
Strong communication skills
Effective employee relations management
Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of payroll processes
Expertise in talent management and succession planning
Ability to manage compensation and benefits programs
Excellent presentation abilities
Skills in training and workforce development
Strong written communication proficiency
Responsibilities and Duties:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems
Maintain employee relations and act as a mediator when necessary
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Working Conditions: Office environment with regular working hours. May require additional hours for recruitment drives, training sessions, and strategic meetings.
