Description
- Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support training and development initiatives for staff.
- Facilitate employee engagement and performance management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and HRIS.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage talent acquisition, oversee compensation and benefits, and facilitate coaching.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, people management, and presentation skills.
