Description

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of final pay for employees who resign, retire, or are terminated. This role involves calculating final wages, bonuses, commissions, and other benefits, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • With Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/HRDM or a related field.
  • With minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or payroll, with a focus on final pay processing.
  • With strong analytical and mathematical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • With knowledge or in-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations related to final pay.
