Description

  • Assists the General Manager and Finance &Admin Team Leader in filling out vacancies through posting job openings, sourcing out and screening candidates for vacant positions
  • Organizes resumes and application forms.
  • Schedules interviews between candidate and management team.
  • Requires and monitors submission of new hire’s pre-employment requirements.
  • Assists with identifying employee training needs and sourcing training providers
  • Administers Service Agreement with employees sent to training, based on the approved Training Policy
  • Organizes logistics of company-sponsored training programs and events 
  • Leads an ad hoc committee to plan for and organize company-wide events such as, but not limited to, Christmas party, company outing, etc.
  • Assists with the concept, planning and implementation of employee rewards and recognition scheme
  • Coordinates schedule of performance appraisal period and ensures timely release of performance appraisal forms to raters
  • Assists the General Manager with the consolidation of performance appraisal ratings
  • Creates and maintains HR files for applicants and new hires.
  • Updates and maintains employee benefits, employment status, grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Assists with exit interviews and ensures completion of employee exit documentation.
  • Monitors office supplies inventory and requests for purchase of replenishment.
  • Administers employment contract and ensures that a welcome kit is given to new hires on the first day of employment.
  • Assists the General Manager or Finance & in orienting new hires on the Company’s policies and business and helps new hire adjust to the Company and to the job.
  • Facilitates benefit enrollment process for new hires
  • Performs timekeeping to enable accurate and timely release of wages and cash benefit
  • Responds to employee inquiries about payroll and benefits
  • Manages travel arrangements of employees required to travel, including travel and/or per diem allowance
  • Coordinates related transactions with SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, and other agencies such as, but not limited to, loan application, change of status, etc.


Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or Psychology
  • Preferred one-year HR experience .
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR trends
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
  • Time Management
  • Basic Data Analytics
  • Computer Skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Records Management.
  • Language: English and Filipino
