Description

Reports directly to the President & General Manager.
Handles Personnel Policies & Procedure, End to end Recruitment, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement and Timekeeping & Payroll Management.
Managing and conducting New Hire Orientation and Office Tours to brief New Hires with the facilities, services, rules, and regulations.
To document performance, career records and employee evaluation.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Maintain employee files and records.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
At least 1 year to 2 years experience being an HR Generalist
