Description

  • Reports directly to the President & General Manager.
  • Handles Personnel Policies & Procedure, End to end Recruitment, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement and Timekeeping & Payroll Management.
  • Managing and conducting New Hire Orientation and Office Tours to brief New Hires with the facilities, services, rules, and regulations.
  • To document performance, career records and employee evaluation.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Maintain employee files and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 1 year to 2 years experience being an HR Generalist
  • On-Site
  • Monday to Friday
