Description

OBJECTIVE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Recruitment and Staffing
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and inquiries. 
  • Address employee grievances, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting communication and engagement. 
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure company policies are up-to-date. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. 
  • Benefits and Compensation Administration: 
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health benefits, employee program plan, and leave management. 
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. 
  • Coordinate employee compensation reviews and manage performance appraisal processes.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, potential for remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and a proactive problem-solver.
