Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
  • Administer payroll and benefits processing, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to evaluate HR effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Policies:

  • Help ensure that the company complies with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and employee handbooks.

Requirement

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a Human Resources role (internships or part-time HR positions are also acceptable).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).
