Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze real estate data from various sources (internal databases, external market reports, surveys, and public records).
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the real estate market and broader economic factors.

· Data Interpretation and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within our sales, inventory, and customer data.

· Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytical tools to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

· Data Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits, validation procedures, and data cleansing activities. Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve data quality issues and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

· Business Strategy Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, provide data-driven insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing sales performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with experience in Power BI and strong Excel skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and be capable of creating insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

This is a part time role up to 20 hours, hours can be increased for the right candidate

based on performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main responsibility of this role is to manage data reporting and project deliverables including:

• Maintains EHS tools for data presentation and delivery to clients, including all database/dashboard configurations.
• Assists internal clients in all elements of successfully operating the monitoring systems.
• Performs data analytics and programming of workflow automation in support the I&E and NR GBS projects.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs, manages and supports data dashboard deliverables and associated project workflows for analyzing continuous monitoring data to strict quality and ethical standards.
• Provides total project team responsiveness.
• Responsible for liaising with project teams in order to have a full knowledge of project requirements, and documenting requirements accordingly.
• Carries out project work including development and creation of analytical data outputs and reports to complement and assist with wider objectives on client EHS projects.
• Performs various data analytics functions, including building reports and dashboards using Power BI as required, including translating complex source data into meaningful visualizations.
• Implements workflow automation projects using various tools, especially Power Automate and similar workflow automation tools.
• Performs data modelling and database design, as well as data manipulation and transformation using Power Query, SQL and other coding languages (VBS, Python, etc.). 
• Ensures all testing methodology and quality control procedures are performed according to ISO17025 and assigned lab standards where applicable.
• Keeps I&E/NR Head of GBS, GBS Supervisor and any other key personnel informed immediately of all operational issues, including:
• Personnel matters affecting performance,
• Failure to meet turnaround requirements,
• Failure to meet ISO17025, country certifications and assigned lab standards where applicable,
• Inconsistencies in quality so they may be rectified immediately,

The Data Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources to identify trends in market performance, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The Data Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting data issues between systems, working with imported and exported data, investigating user reports of data corruption, suggesting changes to Operations and Engineering teams to improve the quality of data; troubleshooting internal and external systems to ensure they work as expected, managing customer data and providing reporting and analytics assistance to Operations and Support team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, experience with various data processing tools, and at least one year of experience as an analysts, database administrator, or similar technical roles. Collaboration across departments and teams is very important.
