Customer Service
Greet customers promptly and warmly upon arrival.
Assist guests in selecting menu items and answer questions about food and beverages.
Handle special requests and dietary preferences professionally.
Order Management
Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure proper table setup before guests are seated.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables after service.
Payment Processing
Present bills and process payments, including cash, credit cards, or mobile payments.
Provide accurate change and receipts to customers.
Teamwork
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions as needed.

At least a high school diploma or vocational training in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
