The F&B Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages promptly. The position requires teamwork, efficiency, and the ability to maintain a clean and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present the menu.
• Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, including special dietary requests.
• Serve orders efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

Restaurant Operations:

• Set up dining tables with proper tableware, linens, and utensils.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest needs and service updates.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu changes, special instructions, and promotions.

Compliance:

• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Follow company policies, including grooming standards and uniform guidelines.

• At least a high school graduate or TESDA certification in Food and Beverage Services is preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage items, including wines and cocktails, is a plus.
