Customer Service:

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

Table Maintenance:

• Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments before service.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and reset them for the next guests.

Food and Beverage Handling:

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.

Sanitation and Cleanliness:

• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Follow health and safety regulations, particularly on food handling and sanitation.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other dining staff and kitchen personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Support other team members during peak hours.

Other Tasks:

• Handle billing and payments, ensuring proper cash or card transactions.
• Upsell menu items when appropriate.

• At least a high school graduate; college-level or vocational training in hospitality is an advantage.
• With or without experience; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Must be customer-oriented, energetic, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
