Customer Service
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist guests in selecting menu items, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations.
Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy in orders.
Address guest concerns and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Operations
Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging tables, utensils, and condiments.
Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of the dining area throughout service.
Handle bills, process payments (cash or electronic), and provide receipts.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless order preparation and delivery.
Health and Safety
Follow food safety and sanitation standards as per government and company regulations.
Adhere to hygiene and grooming standards, including wearing a uniform.
Teamwork and Other Duties
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Education and Experience
At least a high school graduate (college level in hospitality or related field is a plus).
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills.
