  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide information about products and services, taking orders, solving problems, and providing account assistance

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance customer service experience

Requirement

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High/Senior High School degree required; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.


Experience Level:

  • Position open to Fresh Graduates/Students eager to build a career in customer service.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to resolve queries and issues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • A solid work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.


Working Conditions:

  • This role may require working in shifts, on weekends, or public holidays to accommodate various time zones or peak service times.
