Description

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document and update customer information in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.

Requirements

  • At least college level with at least 1 year of international voice account experience
  • Experience in financial/mortgage/fraud experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to onsite and graveyard shift
