• Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage staff calendars.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support various HR functions, contributing to the efficiency of Dynamic Talent Solutions, a leader in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience as Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant field

- Bachelor's degree holder

- Provided support to international clients

- Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Customer Service orientation
