Description

  • Answering incoming calls from clients, First touch point to renewing clients or influencing existing Policy holders to renew Policy.
  • A telemarketer is a skilled sales professional, who leverages their persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions. They answer inquiries, provide detailed information about products and services, and effectively handle orders and transactions.

Requirements

  • At least completed 2nd year college
  • Freshers / Fresh grad are welcome!
  • with at least 6 months experience in Telemarketing / call center background doing inbound-outbound or doing high volume call in previous company ; 6 months sales admin experience or work involving client coordination
  • Can start ASAP
