Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and chat interactions to engage potential customers and promote company products or services.
• Follow telemarketing scripts to handle objections and deliver a clear and persuasive sales pitch.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve scripts, sales strategies, and overall performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Utilize call center technology and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar call center environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking style.
• Strong work ethic with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using basic software applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other call center technology.
• Familiarity with telemarketing scripts and objection-handling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
