  • Manage customer inquiries, provide detailed information about products, and handle objections professionally.
  • Track and record call activity in CRM system, ensuring follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s profitability in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Develop an understanding of Athena’s brand values and product offerings to effectively engage shoppers.
