Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase or take specific actions.
Answer questions about products, services, and pricing to address customer needs and objections.
Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Generate and qualify leads to contribute to sales pipelines.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team if required.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude on the phone.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
