Description
- Persuades customers to purchase products or make follow-up calls
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues.
- Must be able to speak BISAYA
- Asks relevant questions to understand the customer's requirements/needs
- Accurately records the customer’s personal information in a computer system
- Maintains records of calls and sales and documents useful information
Requirements
- Graduates of any four-year course or Business Degree.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to speak Bisaya.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and is customer service oriented.
- Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
- Must be willing to be assigned to Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
